Fact check

Fact-checking can be a difficult process for writers as it requires verifying the accuracy of information. So in order to combat misinformation, we check and match with verified blogs.

The most common type of fact-checking is verification, which involves checking the accuracy of claims by seeking outside corroboration or evidence. We also perform investigative journalism by investigating specific issues they cover, such as anti-vaxxing rhetoric on social media.

In general, there are three methods that we use:

  1. primary source research (looking at published materials ),
  2. secondary source research (interviewing people who have knowledge about the subject),
  3. and verification (checking claims against external sources).
